How does the fixed fee work?
We agree one fixed fee before your hire starts. It covers their salary, benefits, training, appraisals and our management. You can pay it yearly upfront or in monthly instalments, and there’s no hidden percentage on top.
What’s the difference between fully managed and a one-time hire?
With fully managed, we employ, pay, train and look after your team member while you direct their work. With a one-time hire, we find and vet the right person for a single fee starting from $3,000, and you hire them directly and handle payroll, performance and benefits yourself.
What if the hire isn’t the right fit?
On fully managed plans, we replace them free of charge: within 30 days on part-time plans and within 60 days on full-time and specialist plans.
